What can you expect from us?
BnB Service Curacao is happy to help you with the rental and management of your vacation home on Curacao. Below are some examples of what we can do for you.

Renting on different booking channels
In consultation with you we place your home on various booking channels. For example AirBnB, Micazu, Booking.com, our own booking website and social media. 

Contact with the tenants
We take care of all guest contact, from reservation to check-out. At the reservation request, guests will be screened as far as possible. During the stay, we will also be the guests' point of contact.

Check-in / Check-out
We personally take care of the check-in and check-out. Guests will be given a tour of the property at check-in and at check-out the property will of course be checked for any defects. Also, optional, meter readings will be taken so that they can be offset against the security deposit.

Coordinate cleaning/gardener/pool maintenance/etc.
We ensure that the house is in perfect condition. We work with the best cleaners on the island. We can also take care of the maintenance of your garden, pool, air conditioners, and other maintenance. 

Owners login
You will have your own login to our website. This gives you access to the occupancy, you can block periods for example for your own use, arrival/departure dates of guests and statements.

Inspections
On request we can perform a weekly inspection of the property if it is vacant. Also after severe weather or heavy rainfall. We can also immediately check for vermin. During an inspection all equipment will also be checked and the house will be aired and the sanitary facilities flushed to also prevent vermin.
